At Koorsi & Company, we want you to love every piece of furniture in your home; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all returned goods are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your furniture or home accessories in the original manufacturer’s packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
